Gutter Installation and Repair in Harrah

We install and repair gutters and downspouts on homes in Harrah and the towns around it. We measure your roof, size the system for the water it sheds, and give you a set arrival window. If weather pushes the day, we tell you as soon as we know.

What good gutters do for your home

Your roof sheds a lot of water in a hard spring storm. Gutters catch it and send it somewhere safe. When they sag, clog or leak, that water runs down the fascia, soaks the siding and pools against the foundation. The clay ground in central Oklahoma puffs up after a good soaking and pulls back in dry spells, so water left sitting by the slab can cause real trouble.

We put up new one-piece gutters, replace worn-out systems and repair gutters that still have life in them. If the gutters are only part of the issue, we will say so and point you to roof repair or a roof inspection instead of selling you a new system.

What the gutter work includes

  1. 01

    One-piece aluminum runs

We form the gutter on site to the exact length of each roof edge. With no joints along the run, there are fewer places to drip. Joints only show up at corners and end caps, and we seal those.

  2. 02

    Sized for your roof

Most homes do fine with 5-inch K-style gutters. Steep or large roof sections often need 6-inch gutters and bigger downspouts to keep up with a heavy downpour. We check before we order.

  3. 03

    Downspouts that go somewhere

We place downspouts where the water can move away from the house, then add extensions or splash blocks so it does not dump at the foundation.

  4. 04

    Hangers, slope and drip edge

Hidden hangers go in about every two feet so the gutter holds up under ice and debris. We set a slight fall toward each downspout and tuck the gutter under the drip edge so water lands in it, not behind it.

  5. 05

    Repairs on existing gutters

Loose hangers, leaking corners, bad end caps and short downspouts can often be fixed without a full tear-off. We tell you which way makes sense.

Signs your gutters need attention

  • Water sheets over the front

If water spills over the lip in a normal rain, the gutter is clogged, undersized or sloped the wrong way.

  • Gutters pulling away

Gaps between the gutter and the fascia mean hangers have let go. It usually gets worse with each storm.

  • Soft or peeling fascia

Paint that peels or wood that feels spongy behind the gutter points to water getting behind it for a while.

  • Drips at corners and seams

Old sectional gutters leak at every joint. Sealant buys time, but it does not last forever.

  • Hail dents and low spots

Dents and sags hold standing water, which adds weight and leaves stains. After a hailstorm, it pays to have the roof looked at too.

  • Puddles or washouts by the house

Bare dirt trenches under the eaves or water standing by the slab mean the system is not moving water far enough away.

How a gutter job runs

  1. 1

    Phone call and visit

You call, and we pick a time to come look along with an arrival window. If we are running late, we let you know before that window is up.

  2. 2

    Measure and write it up

We measure each run, count the downspouts and look over the fascia. Then we put the numbers in writing, with materials and labor broken out separately, so nothing on the bill is a surprise.

  3. 3

    Install day

Most houses are finished in a single day. The crew takes down the old gutters, swaps out any soft fascia we found at the visit, then forms and hangs the new runs. If storms move into the forecast, we call you and set a new date instead of working through it.

  4. 4

    Walkthrough and cleanup

When we can, we run water through the new system with you watching. Then we gather up old gutter pieces and loose screws and haul it all away.

What goes into a gutter quote

We do not price gutters off a chart. Once we have measured your roofline, we build the number around your house and nothing else. Materials and labor sit on separate lines in the estimate. Here is what tends to raise or lower the total.

Length and height
More linear feet of gutter means more material. A two-story house also takes more ladder work and more hours than a single story.
Gutter and downspout size
Standard 5-inch gutters run less than wider 6-inch gutters with oversized downspouts. Some roofs still need the bigger system to keep up in a heavy rain, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.
Fascia condition
Rotten board behind the old gutter has to come out before new gutter goes up. We show you the bad wood before we replace any of it.
Corners and roof shape
A plain rectangle goes up faster than a roofline with lots of inside and outside corners. Each corner needs a miter and a sealed joint.
Extras you choose
Gutter guards, downspout extensions and hauling away the old system are each listed on their own line, so you can keep or drop them.

Gutter questions we get

How long does a gutter install take?

Most single-family homes are done in one day. Bigger houses or jobs with fascia repair can run into a second day. We tell you which to expect when we hand you the estimate.

Should I replace my gutters when I replace my roof?

Often it makes sense, because the gutters come off anyway and the drip edge gets redone. If yours still have plenty of life, we can pull them carefully and hang them back up once the new roof is on. We will tell you straight which choice fits your house.

Can you just fix my gutters instead of replacing them?

Many times, yes. Loose hangers, leaky corners and short downspouts are simple fixes. If the gutters are badly dented, rusted through or too small for the roof, repairs will not hold, and we will explain why.

What happens if it rains on my install day?

We watch the forecast in the days before. If rain or wind will make the work unsafe or sloppy, we call you, explain it and set a new date. You will not be left waiting on a crew that is not coming.

Is your company licensed?

Yes. We hold an Oklahoma residential roofing license and an Oklahoma general contractor license. We also carry an Oklahoma commercial roofing license for work on business buildings.

Are gutter guards worth it?

They help if you have trees over the roof and are tired of cleaning gutters. They cut down on clogs but do not end maintenance completely. We can add them to a new system or fit them to gutters you already have.
