The person who picks up has spent plenty of time on roofs and can follow what you describe. We'll ask what you've noticed, when it started and if any water is coming into your home. From there we choose a day to come out and give you a set arrival window, not just a date.
Rain or a job that runs long can push our schedule back. When that happens, you get a call from us before your window opens. After we've been on the roof, we go over photos of the problem areas with you and explain the fix in plain words.
